Acupuncture is a gentle therapy which works by regulating the nervous, circulatory and immune systems of the body to promote the body’s healing response.

Acupressure is based on the meridian energetic pathways of Traditional Chinese and Japanese Medicine, and uses specific points to release energy blockages and stagnation in the body and harmonise the free flow of Qi (energy).
