Acupuncture is a gentle therapy which works by regulating the nervous, circulatory and immune systems of the body to promote the body’s healing response.


Acupressure is based on the meridian energetic pathways of Traditional Chinese and Medicine, and uses specific points to release energy blockages and stagnation in the body and harmonise the free flow of Qi (energy).

Crystal Healing

Crystals have been used for thousands of years to restore health and balance at all levels; emotional, physical and spiritual. In a crystal healing treatment, crystals are placed on and around the body to help synchronise and balance the seven chakras and heal and clear energy fields.


Cupping is a traditional remedy used in China and can be very effective for treating muscle tightness, knots, cricks or injuries usually on the back, neck and shoulders. It is often used in conjunction with acupuncture and massage or sometimes both. It can be extremely effective for pain relief.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a way of working with the whole person through gentle touch. When a therapist puts their hands on you your body responds to this sensitive touch and deep listening and the effects can be felt on many levels in the body, mind and spirit.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a traditional remedy used in China often for injury or tightness of neck, back and shoulder. Gua literally means ‘scraping’ and involves the use of a smooth tool which is gently rubbed over the skin, stimulating blood flow and regenerating cell renewal, in a similar way to Fire Cupping.

Herbal Medicine

Herbal medicine is a therapeutic discipline that primarily uses the medicinal properties of plants. It has been used throughout the history of humankind, all over the world, with many plants still used today. Modern herbal medicine draws on this traditional knowledge but also incorporates modern research and understanding of the plants and also the human body.

Life Coaching

Life coaching is a series of powerful conversations - held in person or on audio/video call – designed to create profound change for yourself and your life. It will challenge your current views of what is possible, create clarity around what you want and what your options are, and provide the focus and accountability to have what you want with velocity.

Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy takes an evidence-based, personalised approach to health. Nutritional therapy is more than just eating the right foods or having a 'good' diet. Nutritional therapy can provide a full nutritional and lifestyle assessment with the aim of getting a detailed picture of what might be impacting ones health.


Osteopathy is an autonomous system of primary contact healthcare that focuses on the diagnosis, management, treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal and other related disorders without the use of drugs or surgery. Osteopaths seek to identify the causes of impaired health and restore the optimum functioning of the body.

Placenta Encapsulation

Dried placenta powder was used a potent medicine in China and also in Europe to cure many ailments related to birth up untill the 19th century. The benefits of consuming your placenta after birth are now being rediscovered and there is much anecdotal evidence about its benefits.


Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive therapy which helps the body restore, rebalance and heal. By gently massaging of the reflexes on the feet or hands, reflexology can induce a state of deep relaxation, activating the body’s own healing process and helping the body to return to wellbeing.


Reiki works with subtle energy systems of the chakras. Deep relaxation helps the body restore balance and harmony providing body mind and spirit the time needed to heal and restore.

Integrative Psychotherapy

Integrative Psychotherapy uses several therapeutic modalities such as Attachment Theory, TA – Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Person Centred & CBT to help understand the presenting issues. Clients can talk and also have the option of using the arts such as poetry, music, body work, drawing, creative imagination and metaphor as a means to express and unlock and express inner conflict.

Pure Energy Healing

Marilynn became a Pure Energy Healing Practitioner after fulfilling part of her own personal journey in attending this specialist course in Spain. Pure Energy Healing is a wonderful tool to unblock negative energy stuck in various parts of the body. She works intuitively using Essential Oils, Incense, Crystals and soft meditation music. It’s an opportunity to relax and let go of energy that no longer serves you.
