Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive therapy which helps the body restore, rebalance and heal. By gently massaging of the reflexes on the feet or hands, reflexology can induce a state of deep relaxation, activating the body’s own healing process and helping the body to return to wellbeing.

Acupressure is based on the meridian energetic pathways of Traditional Chinese and Japanese Medicine, and uses specific points to release energy blockages and stagnation in the body and harmonise the free flow of Qi (energy).

Osteopathy is an autonomous system of primary contact healthcare that focuses on the diagnosis, management, treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal and other related disorders without the use of drugs or surgery. Osteopaths seek to identify the causes of impaired health and restore the optimum functioning of the body.
