Sports and Remedial Massage

Sports and Remedial Massage is a treatment that has been developed for those involved in sporting activity to aid recovery from injury, to prevent injuries from occurring initially and to increase performance.

Swedish Massage

The primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with using long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibrations and tapping.

Deep Tissue Massage

A form of massage that focuses on releasing the deeper myofascial restrictions of the muscles, tendons and ligaments of the body. The focus is more targeted, working on specific areas of concern or pain.

Trigger Point & Neuro-Muscular Technique

The muscle tissue can feel denser than normal and pain or discomfort on that area may occur-often they may refer pain to another area. Referred pain is a defining symptom of a myofascial trigger-point.

Myofascial Release

Each Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils, creams or tools. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.

Thai Yoga Massage & Pregnancy Thai Yoga Massage

Thai yoga massage is an ancient form of therapeutic bodywork which combines acupressure and applied yoga stretching. It is suitable during the second and third trimester for pregnant women.

Baby Massage

Baby massage is designed to give parents, guardians, and carers the skills to massage their babies themselves. It provides a long list of benefits to baby whilst also being beneficial to parents in creating intimate bonding moments and increasing your confidence.

Mizan Therapy

Mizan uses traditional healing techniques to address conditions involving female reproductive organs, the digestive system as well as emotional health.
