Osteopathy

Osteopathy is an autonomous system of primary contact healthcare that focuses on the diagnosis, management, treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal and other related disorders without the use of drugs or surgery. Osteopaths, in close collaboration with the patient, seek to identify the causes of impaired health and restore the optimum functioning of the body. Osteopathy can be used as a tool for injury rehabilitation, prevention and overall maintenance of health. When combined with yoga and postural exercises, it can help to combat some of the physical and psychological challenges that occur in daily life.

Sundip graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy from Leeds University and has since worked in private clinics in Croydon, Hackney and Finchley. Sundip specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries such as posture-related dysfunctions, sports injuries, stress-related musculoskeletal pain and chronic pain presentations. He has experience in working with a diverse range of clients, from city workers to Team Great Britain Olympic powerlifters, ballet dancers and artists.
