Systematic Kinesiology

Natural health care

Systematic Kinesiology is a complete form of natural health care that uses muscle testing to read the energetic biofeedback system from our body to find where health issues stem from. It does this by looking at the MCPE.

M stands for ‘Mental.’ In kinesiology, we address distorted thought processes and patterns and change the way we think about an experience.

C stands for the ‘Chemical’ or nutritional aspects. Nutrition plays a huge role in our mental, emotional and physical health and kinesiology helps to find what nutrition the body needs, and the supplements that will help support a person's healing.

P is the ‘Physical.’ We address this by “firing up” or “switching” back on a muscle, which can reduce pain, help posture, and get the physical body working more efficiently. We also use lymphatic drainage massage as a way of helping lymph and blood flow around the body, improving nutrients ability to get where it needs to, and improving circulation.

Finally, E stands for ‘Energetic,’ which refers to the work done on meridians. Acupuncturists use needles on meridians, or energy centres, whilst in Kinesiology, we hold the acupuncture points and trace over meridians, to flush stagnant energy and to aid one in feeling more balanced. Kinesiology is a powerful tool for releasing trauma stored in the body, helps to identify what emotional stressor is contributing to a symptom, and uses techniques like EFT (originally a Kinesiology technique although now is a stand alone therapy) to release emotion that’s keeping us feeling stuck.

In other words, Systematic Kinesiology is a truly holistic approach in unravelling illnesses and ailments. Systematic Kinesiology gives the body a voice. It’s a one stop shop that can address issues and symptoms such as hormone imbalances (from thyroid conditions to endometriosis, PCOS, fertility and PMS), pregnancy support, low self esteem, anxiety, sleep disorders, depression, neurodiversity, issues with focus & concentration, learning difficulties, low energy, low mood, vagus nerve toning, chronic stress, adrenal fatigue, prolapses (both anal and vaginal), digestion issues; IBS & IBD, inflammation, fears and phobias, skin conditions, autoimmune disease and stubborn persistent symptoms. It can also help with structural issues, aches & pains, emotional issues, trauma, food intolerances, nutritional needs and finding the correct supplements the body needs.

For pregnancy support, Systematic Kinesiology is a powerful tool and prepares women for birth, by correcting hormonal imbalances, preventing gestational diabetes and helping you get accurate nutrition for each trimester of your pregnancy. This means that you are able to give yourself and your baby the best start for the new chapter in your life. It can also be used for addressing and helping with any fear and stress around birth.
